Men's Tournament Playing Rules
FIFA rules apply (http://www.fifa.com/aboutfifa/footballdevelopment/technicalsupport/refereeing/laws-of-the-game/), with the following exceptions:

Duration of the games: 2x35 minutes.

Number of substitutions allowed per team: Unlimited (although every single substitution needs to be authorized by the referee and play has to be stopped to make it effective).
Three (3) points for a win and one (1) point for a draw. In case of a point draw at the end of the tournament, the following rules apply (first rule that undoes the draw will be applied):

The best partial (only considering the teams affected by the draw) goal difference wins.

The best global goal difference wins.

The team that scored more goals during the tournament wins.

The team with the highest average age wins.

Women's Tournament Playing Rules

* Duration of the games: 2x25 minutes with the clock only stopping for time outs.
* Back-pass rule: the rule for football 11 applies: the goalkeeper can not hand the ball when a team-mate has deliberately "kicked" the ball to him, or hand the ball directly form a team-mate's throw-in.
The goalkeeper is still permitted to use her feet and other body parts to redirect the ball.
